To resolve the problem a system administrator must unregester all authoring applications, uninstall Windchill Workgroup Manager, clear the Java plug-in cache and reinstall Windchill Workgroup Manager from the Windchill Server. This problem occurred because the following DLL was changed after the authoring application was registered C:\Program Files (x86)\PTC\wgm\i486_nt\obj\dll The Windchill Workgroup Manager has become unstable and may cause data corruption.Ĭlose Windchill Workgroup Manager and your authoring application, and then contact your system administrator.
